.[. Recent events .]. Ok...i was lucky enough to recieve a copy of FUNERAL FOR A FRIENDS debut album -CASUALLY DRESSED AND DEEP IN CONVERSATION- from Beckie a few days ago.....and i can honestly say i havent been this dissapointed in an album in quite a while....its quite shocking.Admittedly,yes,there a few songs on there worth checking out ..( bend your arms to look like wings...escape artists never die...Red is the new black ) ... but the rest of the songs almost blend into one long girly boy singer and hXc screamer...ok in the smallest of doses... [ give me slipknot anyday ;) ] ....considering this band seem to be the next best thing after black eyeliner,i was very dissapointed in their album. *sigh* writing....so...much....WRITING!!! |
